The amplifier has solid sound, and I’m generally satisfied with it. The downside is that it powers on slowly and turns off when the TV isn’t in use or isn’t actively playing content, which often happens with streaming services when you pause something.
Sehr einfache Installation, schönes Gerät, guter Service
The SA2 has great sound. One problem that cost me lots of money. It tuns on by itself, sometimes in the middle of the night. Always goes to phono. You can turn autowake off by the remote . But everytime you turn the sa2 on, autowake is active again. AI says it has a simpel autosense and not DSP that only turns on when it detects music. The SA2 reacts to every little noise coming from the extern phono amp i have. I bought expensive rca cables, new phono pre amp, nothing helped. Now i just unplug my phono pre-amp and problem is solved. The buildin phono pre amp of the SA2 is to weak to use. Lott less volume compared to my CD transport on coax. A bit of a miss, but i love the looks ,remote and the sound of the SA2. Still 5 stars.

Buonasera, sono Giuliano, Pietro è mio papà, ho fatto arrivare da lui l'amplificatore per comodità. Ho voluto prendere questo amplificatore per avere più watt. Allora non voglio fare polemiche, assolutamente. Il prodotto a livello di qualità sonora é stupenda, il design bellissimo e si sente che il materiale con qui è fatto è di qualità superiore. Ho aggiornato subito l'applicazione Play-Fi, aggiornato il firmware. Questi sono i problemi che ho riscontrato. Il Bluetooth si disconette dopo 30/40 secondi, inutile la disinstallazzione e nuove installazioni, quando apro l'applicazione Play- Fi e vado su le varie applicazioni la musica o programmi che siano dopo circa un minuto smette di funzionare. Inoltre non riesco a capire come a regolare il tono dei bassi e alti. Mi piacerebbe tantissimo tenere il prodotto, spero che possiate darmi una mano per risolvere il problema. Grazie e buona serata

Dokładnie tego szukałem! Kupiłem Argon Sa2 razem FORUS 4 WALL i MALMÖ SUB 6. Ładnie razem grają, a funkcja strumieniowania z Wi-Fi jest super! Korzystam głównie ze Spotify. Specjalnie podziękowania dla Martina z działu wsparcia!

J’avais peur que la connectivité soit compliqué mais tous s’est très bien passé c’était vraiment très simple. Pour le son avec mes Forus 5 je suis plutôt content, certe niveau basse ça peut être un peu léger (Argon indique qu’un complément subwoofer intéressant) mais dans l’ensemble je suis satisfait de la puissance et de la qualité du son et des matériaux. La télécommande est bien pensé et très qualitative. Mention spéciale au service commercial qui a pu changer ma commande au dernier moment: merci
Mi piace molto il design e il suono é buono. Non sono riuscito però a connettere il wifi, se non usando un adattatore ethernet su porta usb. L'app é inutilizzabile.
Super ampli, l écoute en wifi est de très bonne qualité ! Pareil avec la platine vinyl. Et la connection HDMI Arc, c est le home cinéma dans le salon, c’est parfait 😊

Genau was ich suchte, um meinen alten Plattenspieler wieder in Betrieb zu nehmen. Kein unnötiger Schnickschnack, schnörkelloses Design. AirPlay Unterstützung ist perfekt und die Inbetriebnahme kinderleicht! Die Soundqualität ist für meine alten Ohren absolut ausreichend, meine Dynaudio Speaker sind zufrieden. Habe absolut nichts zu meckern. Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis top!

Di primo impatto non ero molto soddisfatto perché l’accensione era lenta e il livello del volume tra phono, hdmi e AirPlay era molto sballato. Poi ho notato che c’era un aggiornamento firmware, lo ho fatto, ed ora lavora alla perfezione, veloce ad accendersi, volume equilibrato e un gran suono! Ottimo prodotto

Soundwize it is probably ok, but the implementation of the Spotify and Chromecast features are just not good enough. The amplifier has two speker connectors, but no possibilities to change balance between them or simple tone paramters (bass/treble). If you want to change theese, you will be better off bying the cheaper SA1 and plug a chromecast audio or something into it. Come on Argon Audio!! , I Installed latest firmware from 2024.06 and still only one share volume control for the device exposed. I expected better, and am considering returning the amplifier to the store.
I also own an SA1 amp, and the new SA2 is definitely an upgrade in terms of look and feel, and in terms of sound quality. The remote control looks so great that I like to leave it on my desk as decoration. The amp offers great wired connectivity, and I appreciate the additional HDMI port. The SA1 used to automatically switch to the optical input in a random fashion, I have not experienced it with the SA2. Glad it has been fixed. Somewhat confused with the recommended play-fi app, it offers very limited functionality for Apple Music users like myself. My dishwasher, my bedside lamp and my aircon also use dedicated iOS apps, so I guess Argon just did not want to stay out of the app tsunami. I deducted 1 star but feeling much more annoyed than that with how the device handles AirPlay 2. It was one of the reasons for me to buy the SA2 and it's not working well. Connecting the device to the network was a pain in the back, and it keeps dropping from the network, or at least sometimes it remains invisible on my source devices, which are my iPhone and MacBook Air. I have AirPlay 2 speakers in my vacation home, and those work like a charm without any user interaction. Overall a great amp, hope that the accidental AirPlay 2 issues will be addressed in later software versions.
I have the SA2 now for a month. Great looks, high quality. I upgradet the firmware.. Sound is awesome, much better then my previous amp. Very easy to operate as it turns on automatic when i play music on my tablet or phone. It goes on standby by itself after 15 minutes of no use. The aluminium remote is a lot better than the cheap plastic ones you normally get. For me 10 out of 10 points!
