Rules, terms and conditions
1. Sponsor
This promotion (“Sweepstakes”) is organized and sponsored by Argon Audio A/S. Dali Alle 1, DK-9610 Nørager
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta.
2. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the following countries: France, Germany and Spain.
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Employees of Argon Audio and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
France: A French translation of these rules is available.
Spain: A Spanish translation of these rules is available. Any applicable tax withholding on the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
3. How to Enter
- Sign up for the Argon Audio newsletter during the entry period. By entering, you agree to receive Argon Audio newsletters. You can unsubscribe anytime: https://argonaudio.com/collections/black-days
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
4. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on the 10th of October 2025 and ends on the 12th of November 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
5. Prize
- One (1) Argon Audio TT MK2 Turntable.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): 269 €.
France: Prize value and disclosure are included. Taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner.
Spain: Any required tax withholding will be deducted from the prize in accordance with Spanish law.
6. Winner Selection
Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the Sweepstakes end date.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
Winner will be notified by email within 7 days of selection.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
Argon Audio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it cannot be conducted as planned.
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be allowed, except at Argon Audio's sole discretion.
9. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Denmark, except where local law requires otherwise.
