This policy outlines how to report potential vulnerabilities to Argon Audio (the “Organization”). Please read this policy carefully before submitting any reports and ensure all activity remains compliant with it.
We greatly appreciate those who invest time and effort in reporting security issues responsibly. However, we do not offer monetary rewards for vulnerability disclosures.
2. Reporting a Vulnerability
If you believe you’ve discovered a security vulnerability in one of our products or services, please report it to us through one of the following channels:

Please include the following information in your report:
Vulnerability Details:
- Affected asset (e.g., web address, IP address, product or service name)
- Weakness type (e.g., CWE ID) (optional)
- Severity (e.g., CVSS v3.0 score) (optional)
- Vulnerability title (required)
- Description (required) – include a summary, supporting files (screenshots, logs, etc.), and any suggested fixes or mitigations
- Impact (required) – what could an attacker achieve by exploiting this vulnerability?
- Steps to reproduce – should be non-destructive, proof-of-concept steps that help us quickly verify the issue without causing harm or system disruption

3. What to Expect
Once your report is submitted, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your report within 5 business days
- Triage and evaluate the report within 10 business days
- Keep you informed about our progress during the remediation process
Vulnerability remediation is prioritized based on impact, severity, and exploitability. Please note that resolution may take time depending on the complexity of the issue. You are welcome to check on the status, but please limit follow-ups to once every 14 days to allow our team to focus on investigation and mitigation.
When the issue has been addressed, we will notify you, and we may invite you to validate that the resolution adequately addresses the vulnerability.
If you wish to publicly disclose your findings after the issue is resolved, we ask that you coordinate with us so we can provide unified guidance to our users.
4. Guidance & Safe Harbor
Please do NOT:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Access or download excessive, unnecessary, or sensitive data
- Modify or delete data on Argon Audio’s systems
- Use aggressive or destructive scanning or testing tools
- Attempt or report denial-of-service (DoS) vulnerabilities
- Disrupt or degrade Argon Audio services or infrastructure
By following this policy, you ensure that your actions will be considered in good faith and will not result in legal action from Argon Audio.
